These SMS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) describe how the Personal To-Do SMS Reminders program (the “Program”) sends text messages. By enabling SMS reminders in the personal to-do application (the “App”) on cmlprojects.com, you agree to these Terms.
Note: This Program is currently intended for the site owner's personal use and is not offered for public sign-ups.
1. Program Description
The Program sends one-way, automated SMS messages to the mobile phone number provided when tasks, events, or deadlines are created in the App and SMS reminders are enabled. Messages may include:
- Task reminders and due-date alerts
- Notifications that a task has been updated or completed
- Occasional links to related task information, documents, or calendar entries
No promotional or marketing messages are sent through this Program.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on how many tasks and reminders are created in the App. You may receive multiple messages per day when many reminders are set, or no messages when there are no active reminders.
3. Charges and Carrier Disclaimer
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier, including SMS, data usage, or roaming charges.
Supported carriers and SMS delivery may vary. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt-In Consent
You opt in to the Program by entering a mobile phone number in the App and enabling (toggling on) SMS reminders. By doing so, you consent to receive SMS messages related to tasks, events, and deadlines at the phone number provided.
SMS reminders are optional. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase (no purchase is required to use the Program).
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any Program message. After you send STOP, you may receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
You can also stop messages by turning off SMS reminders or removing your phone number in the App settings. If supported by your messaging provider/carrier, you may be able to re-enable messages by replying START.

7. Eligibility and Content Restrictions
The Program is intended for personal task reminders and does not send marketing messages. The Program does not send age-restricted content (including alcohol, gambling, adult content, or other age-gated services), and does not send content related to direct lending, loans, or other financial offers.
8. Program Availability and Changes
SMS services may not be available in all areas or at all times. The Program may be suspended, modified, or discontinued at any time. If these Terms change, the “Last updated” date above will be updated.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, CML Projects is not liable for delays, failures, or errors in SMS delivery, or for any damages arising from use of or reliance on messages, including missed or late reminders.
